We employ the services of major third-party shipping carriers to deliver its products to you. Please ensure that you provide us with a valid email address and shipping address. We will email you on the status of your order once it is shipped. YOU MUST contact us via email for ALL RETURNS. We will provide you the return address. If an order placed by you and is returned to us unclaimed or undeliverable, we will offer to re-ship the order to you at an additional cost. Custom Returns (i.e European Hair Alternatives)
We gladly accept returns on all eligible products (No Exchanges). We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable. Once the restocking fee is applied to the item value, any balance remaining will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order within 5 business days of receipt.

US Continental Return for refund within: 10 calendar days
If customer refuses package(s) or the package(s) is returned due to a failed delivery, we will charge a 20% restocking fee to recover return shipping costs.
If your product is ineligible for return, we will email you the option of: Returning the item(s) to you at your cost Ineligible item(s) will be automatically disposed of, 30 days after receipt. We will only pay the return shipping cost if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
Note: Customer is solely responsible for shipping any Returned product to hpihairpartners.com. We recommend that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
