Consultation meetings are the foundation of our treatment plan for each new client and are conveniently offered wherever the client feels most at ease, whether that’s from the comfort of their home, car, or in-person at our office.

We begin our client experience with a discovery session (the consultation). These first appointments will begin with a science-based deep dive into the client’s hair loss journey. We then work diligently to understand the client’s realistic expectations; whether to regrow or to replace their lost hair. Consultation sessions can include scheduling lab or hair follicle tests, trichoscience view of the scalp, to basic discussions about the best scalp products for hair loss. These tests combined offer a deep dive into the root of the hair loss. During our review of the results, we will discuss the best customized treatment plan for each unique hair loss concern.

Client Coordinator/assistant manager

YOUR ROLE

  • Manage client relationships.
  • Manage the front office; schedule appointments and assist guest with product purchases and appointments.
  • Provide over-the-top, exceptional guest service.
  • Ensure retail is offered, shelves fully stocked, and orders shipped daily.
  • Expert with technology from professional texting, email responses, posting photos on Facebook and Instagram.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years retail experience or front-desk, service-related experience.
  • Positive demeanor and professional. 
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication with diversified talents.
  • Microsoft suite experience.

Business Development Leader

HPIHair is seeking to fill an exciting new position.  You will develop, build, and deploy our B2B partner initiative!  This position will champion and lead the company in our regional development initiative!

This is a new role for our organization allowing you the opportunity to build the process from inception. You will be trained on our successful science-based approach to hair loss along with a deep dive education into the Trichology industry. You will be trained and work closely with the President and training team guaranteeing a successful transition with unlimited opportunities!

Where You Fit In

  • Develop and build a successful B2B process
  • Build a strong partnership with providers; physicians, mid-levels and others treating hair loss patients
  • Prospect and develop new business
  • Achieve sales performance objectives through prospecting new business
  • Develop a daily schedule of productive activity
  • Schedule educational in-person meetings with prospective partners
  • Develop sales presentations for partners and their staff.  Clearly defining our services and how and why the provider partner will now have referral for their patients and clients who struggle with hair loss and health.
  • Detailed follow up/through with all prospects
  • Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing partners

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Education, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years related experience across outside sales
  • Strong business and business development interest
  • Capable to launch and lead a business development initiative from inception
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Hair Stylist

Internship/Stylist Opportunities

HPIHair is hiring new hair stylists interested in the world of hair replacement. This position will vary across a wide array of responsibilities dependent on the individual’s skill set. As the southeast’s most progressive hair loss clinic, HPI is offering an exciting opportunity for you to learn and experience this rewarding multi-dimensional industry. With over 80 million American’s experiencing hair loss this opportunity will provide you with a broad outlook in a compassionate growing industry.

Where You Fit In

As a compassionate professional, and trusted team member, your first order of business will be an exciting education into the world of hair loss and Trichology. You will assist while learning firsthand the art of hair enhancing a client’s growing hair.  Our clients have varying stages of hair loss with a wide array in hair replacement to enhancing needs. 

As an HPI team member you will assist our hair replacement manager while you learn the art of hair blending and styling a non-growing hair enhancement into a client natural growing hair.  Education is the key to our foundation.  Your internship will allow you to assist, support and work alongside our team of hair loss specialists.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to stay focused on the task at hand while offering forward thinking recommendations.
  • Ability to manage a computer across differing platforms. HPI is an online provider with client files and records kept electronically.
  • High energy with great history and expectations of success without a fear of failure
  • Stylists- precision hair cutting skills are keys to success.
  • Clipper work is mandatory to create in demand fades for our successful male population
  • Styling acumen as it relates to a finished well-groomed appearance for the client.

RegisterEd Nurse

HPIHair is a specialty hair loss clinic offering a comprehensive and holistic approach to hair loss. Our team of Trichologists, hair loss specialists, coaches, and clinicians are known for offering extensive hair loss treatment programs for women, men, and children by offering private in-office consultations, phone meetings, and Telehealth sessions. Our team of unique caring professionals can treat hair loss issues ranging from androgenic alopecia, autoimmune, hormones, stress, thyroid, skin grafting, trichotillomania, and others.

Qualifications and You

  • Daily Client Interaction including wellness assessment, monitoring of basic vital signs and medical history, conducting therapy treatments, injections, and recording patient medical history.
  • Comprehension of medications and compound vitamins offered in our clinic with the ability and knowledge to discuss appropriate recommendations with clients based on their needs and goals.
  • Conduct client follow up calls to ensure clients are following treatment protocols.
  • Follow strict HIPAA compliance and conduct with all duties.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback to supervisors to support a positive outcome for all clients.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and projects in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ability to keep calm and focused under stressful situations including customer facing, medical emergencies, and product/staff shortages.
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft Outlook, Point of Sale, and Appointment scheduling software.
  • High energy with great history and expectations of success without a fear of failure.
  • Ability to calmly and rationally communicate and handle disgruntle client complaints.
  • Valid and current TN License/Certificate.
  • 2 years current experience, IV therapy experience is a plus
  • Reliable transportation to/from the clinic and local areas for offsite events.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in Dermatology, Aesthetics, or Infusion experience.
